OUR SERVICES
In our laboratory, we use two types of digital scanners:
The first is the table type scanner of the Korean company Medit (of the well-known Solutionix technology) Identica Hybrid, which with the Blue Led technology and scanning precision at 7μm (ISO 12836), executes in 3 scanning axes a complete scanning of an orthodontic model - mold or imprint in less than 20 seconds.
The second is the portable intraoral scanner Trios 3 Mono from Shape with the cabled Trios pen grip, with which a rapid scanning of the upper and lower bow is achieved, as well as specifying of occlusion and storage of the archives in a particular system of internet communication and transfer (3Shape communicate) from which all the registered member users of the 3Shape system can exchange and transfer the stl files produced, directly for analysis of the data on their computers. With this process, the fastest communication between the doctor's practice and the laboratory is allowed without the extraction and transfer of footprints and the direct importing of the stl files into the software where the case analysis is made.
These files are imported for editing into any CAD software, with which the following tasks are made (Our CAD planning systems for Aligner cases, IDBT cases, and appliances designing are: GuideMia Ortho+, by GuideMia Technlogies Inc., Orthoanalyzer by 3 Shape and Maestro 3D by AGE Solutions S.r.l.)
1. Design and storage of digital study models (Digital Study Models)
STEPS OF A CAD STUDY
2. Studies and measurements of orthodontic analyses and precise calculations (Orthodontic Analysis Services)
3. Treatment Planning Services
4. Complete Cad Workflows
5. Define and Simulate Tooth Movements
6. Study of occlusion with the use of 3D devices for 3D models display on fully adaptable articulators (Digital Articulators)
7. (Merge CT/CBCT data, scans, x-ray panoramic, cephalometric tracings, and photos with digital study models)
8. Direct connection and communication, as well as the transfer of scanned files via web cloud-based scanning function
Printing, the first step of a PROTOTYPING PRODUCTION
The modified stl files are taken for printing, and then they are used for orthodontic manufacturers of orthodontic appliances of various types.

3. Foto 13.3 by Flashforge company. With a 4K monochrome screen, the exposure time is reduced to 1/3 compared to other LCD printers. Large-size LCD printer offers industrial designers and makers new possibilities and improves the production efficiency of service providers and factories. The Z-axis is supported by a dual-linear ball screw which dramatically improves stability while in motion and reduces the risk of layer shifting. In contrast, layers are frequently shown in the models printed by a typical rod motor. Firstly, compared to similar printers with surface exposure molding technology, the output of full-page models is doubled. Secondly, compared to other SLA printers with similar sizes, the printing time is reduced to 1/3.

4. Asiga Max. The Asiga MAX is the world's most advanced lab 3D printer offering exceptional productivity in a small footprint. Select from a range of Asiga materials with the added benefit of using any material from any manufacturer. Over 380 fabrics are available. 3D printing materials cure faster at deeper UV wavelengths (385nm), reducing XY scattering and over-cure. The result is sharper detail definition, accuracy, production reliability, and the ability to process water-clear materials.
